Applying to Aston

Applying to Undergraduate Programmes

Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)

Applications for all our undergraduate programmes should be made through UCAS. The UCAS scheme covers all full-time (including sandwich) programmes leading to a first degree or diploma at university or college in the UK. The UCAS Handbook and application form are available from your school or college, or from UCAS, Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ.

If you are an international student living outside the UK, you should send a payment of £5 sterling made payable to 'UCAS' to cover the costs of postage and packing. Alternatively, your nearest British Council office may have UCAS application packs.

University and Programme Codes

Our UCAS code is ASTON A80 and this should be entered clearly on your application form. The UCAS codes for each of our degree programmes are listed in the Key Facts boxes throughout this prospectus and in the UCAS Handbook. It is essential that you enter the correct code(s) for the courses and institutions you wish to apply for to avoid delay to your application. Please use the UCAS Handbook to check that you have entered the correct information on your UCAS form.

It is best to apply as early as possible, especially for high demand programmes.

For more information on applying through UCAS please visit the UCAS website.
